Quality control factors of Aluminium bottle cap sheet material

1, Aluminium bottle cap sheet material stock

1.1 Sheet Plate type of Aluminum cap closure sheet requirements: middle convex degree 0.2-0.8%, longitudinal thickness is not greater than 0.1mm.

1.2 surface quality: no cracks, bubbles, air holes, corrosion, peeling, periodic indentation, metal and nonmetal pressing, Viscose aluminum, bright and dark stripes, etc.

2, Aluminum cap closure sheet rolling process.                                                             

2.1 clear the surface dust when opening the stock, cut the bad part of the end of the material, and wipe the exit side plate roll, guide roller, etc. for each pass, to keep the guide roller clean; the lifting speed should be in place at once.

2.2 the oil temperature of the process lubricants should be kept at 35-50 C, the working pressure should be above 0.55Mpa, and the transmittance of oil should be more than 90%.

2.3 adjust the position of the splash plate of the wind outlet to ensure the effect of removing oil from the wind.

2.4 the roughness of the finished roll is 0.35-0.4 m, and the thickness difference of the finished product is controlled at +/-0.005 m.

2.5, the coiling bottom is flat without bias, no sharp protruding, and the finished road must be smooth. The surface is not allowed to have paddle, mark, oil, black line, bright line, roll print, and layers.

2.6 check the surface quality at least once every 3 volumes, and check the surface quality of the finished products per volume.

2.7 after finished product pass, sampling (horizontal, longitudinal, 45 degrees) was sent to the laboratory to check the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and detection of ear making.
