5182 H19 aluminum aluminium can lid

  In recent years, with the rapid development of China's beverage industry, the demand for pull-ring materials for aluminum alloy tanks and can lids has increased sharply. At present, many aluminum processing enterprises in China have produced such products. This paper reviews the current status of production and application of 5182 H19 aluminum aluminium can lid
 materials at home and abroad, and some technical problems in production.


 
The  5182 H19 aluminum aluminium can lid pull ring is mainly used for the manufacture of all aluminum cans and irrigation and pull rings for tinplate cans. All-aluminum cans, also known as two-piece cans, are composed of can bodies and can lids, which are manufactured on separate production lines using different aluminum alloy strips. The tank body is made of 3104 H19 aluminum alloy strip with a thickness of 0.25mm-0.29mm; the cover body is made of 5182 H19 aluminum alloy strip with a thickness of about 0.27mm; and the material of the pull ring and sealing sheet is 5182 H19 aluminum aluminium can lid. The strip manufacturing, sealing sheet and pull ring assembly may be referred to as a pull ring. Aluminum beverage cans (cans) have the characteristics of light body, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, odorless, non-toxic, good printing effect, beautiful decoration and recyclability. As a result, the use of cans worldwide has increased dramatically in the 1980s and 1990s. Since the 1980s, aluminum cans have dominated the world's beverage packaging market.
 
According to reports, as of 2006, the global total output of aluminum cans has reached 4.3 million tons, including 2.89 million tons of cans, 1.41 million tons of irrigation and pull rings. In addition to the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries and regions have been in a relatively stable development period, China, Brazil, India and other countries are still in a period of rapid development, so the global annual growth will remain above 8%. The  5182 H19 aluminum aluminium can lid pull ring is used for the irrigation and pull ring of tinplate cans in addition to the all-aluminum pull cans.
