8011 Easy tearing aluminium foil for milk powder can is a foil made of cold-rolled pure aluminium with thickness of 0.4 ~ 0.7mm (more 0.5mm). 8011 Easy tearing aluminium foil is used in the manufacture of metal cans, and it is used in the manufacture of new easy tearing cover and inner sealed foil. The thickness of aluminum foil used for metal tank is between 0.06 and 0.09mm.

(1) Put aluminum foil roll on the coatig roll.

(2) Protective agent coating: on one side of aluminum, the coating for forming a coating protection layer, coating weight of 1 1.2g/ square meters;

(3) Heating and drying: the aluminum foil protective layer is heated and dried; the drying chamber temperature is 190℃ to 210℃;

(4) The coating layer is cooled; the coating layer is cooled by cold air plus cooling roller; the temperature of the protective layer is 40℃ to 45 ℃s after cooling;

(5) Heat sealing adhesive coating on the other side, for heat sealing glue coating heat seal layer is formed, the coating amount is 9.5 ～11.0g/ square meters;
